Message from the founder:   With over 3 decades of administrative experience, I understand the medical system.  I have a deep and varied experience that I draw upon to provide clients with the support they need. I am passionate about helping people, which is why I approach each case with empathy and understanding.  My primary mission is to empower clients to take charge of their health yet be by their side every step of the way. 

 

Our approach is centered around developing unique relationships with each client and ensuring they receive the best care possible.  Our goal is to provide the support, guidance, and resources necessary to help our clients achieve optimal health and live life to the fullest.

My personal journey: While helping my father through a tough battle with cardiac disease, I witnessed the other side of the healthcare system firsthand.  My family and I developed a robust support system, so I truly realize the importance of having someone on your team while dealing with health issues. My Bonus Mom, a retired registered nurse, and I were able to tag team Dad's healthcare along with my daughter, brother and husband who were there to fill in when necessary and even take care of things Dad no longer was able to do on his own.  It can be a lonely, confusing, and frustrating experience having to schedule and attend appointments on your own. You often leave the appointment without your questions answered and feeling confused. Having someone by your side is more than comforting - it is reassurance that YOU remain in control of your healthcare. You need an advocate.

We are available to coordinate your medical appointments and procedures and assist you with locating providers. In some cases, we will meet you at your appointment to be that second set of ears.
